Our client purchased this detached property with a view to restore this former Georgian Farmhouse to its former glory. The property was sympathetically renovated throughout. The exterior brickwork of the property was refurbished with an acid wash and new pointing. The Roof had all new Roof tiles reinstated to complete the external works. The old Georgian bar windows were replaced with sympathetic period-styled modern glazing with simple white frames and stunning matt black hardware. The single-storey rear extension gave our clients a huge open plan, family living space, complete with traditional shaker Kitchen and large island.
